Permanent TSB I'm biting back

I'm fighting Permanent TSB to give me a proper interest rate on what in now my Principal Private Residence (PPR). Although they have agreed where I live is my PPR they still insist on charging me the commercial rate of 6.94% while the Home Loan rate is 4.34. I have been in contact with the bank and although I have gotten 'lip service' that is all I have got. So I going on Joe Duffy's Liveline on RTE Radio 1, today 21st August 2012, to voice my outrage at how the bank are treating the people of Ireland who have bailed them out through pay cuts, job losses and the Universal Social Charge (USC). I will be posting the letter here that I have received from Permanent TSB and I will do the same for anyone who needs to publicize they way they are being treated. More to follow......
